The North Okanagan is also a winter wonderland.
Go skiing or boarding at Silver
Star Mountain Resort, just a 25 min drive away, or try
snowshoeing or cross-country skiing at Sovereign
Lake Cross Country Ski Area. Our mountains are famous
for dry "champagne" powder snow and our mild temperatures
make for superb conditions. Go tobogganing or tubing with
your kids, skate on an outdoor pond or go for a wild snowmobile
ride.
